wireless mobile charger_fit a receiver in your phone

7
The first step

while making this charger, i opened a induction heater ,and studied it to know that ,in which way i can get maximum watt and make it more powerful.
Hear you can see a beautiful copper coil and which is oxalate with 220 DC volts,
I will use the same process to make this wireless charger,
The only difference will be, that was 220 DC volts and my is 5 volts DC .

First i took a fiver glass which will work as a charger pad,
and i cut it out as much i needed, now its look like a rectangular board.
and i made 6 holes in it to make it stand by some screws,
and I remove the plastic guard from it, now it looks glossy.
now I tight every single screw with washers by a screwdriver.
Now i took 3 pieces of 24WAG copper wire,
and twist them together like in the induction heater coil,
we need 10ft’ of this copper wire.

ow i made a hole in the middle of the fiber glass,

and take this copper wire through the hole.
now you round up the copper wire like this and fixed it with glue, it will take a while.
now i took a N channel mosphet and attach with a heat sink and after that i attached it on the glass pad with some screws. and i connect drain pin to the copper wire’s 1st pin.

Second step

now we need 62 to 70 hertz switching moods which will run by 5 volts.

so I put a 555 timer chip on the bread board
and of this IC’s 1st and 2nd pin i connect 104 PF.
and connect a jumper wire on IC’s 2nd and 6th pin
and connect another jumper wire on IC’s 4th and 8th pin which is positive pin.
I connect a 1k resistor on IC’s 7th and 8th pin, another with 6th and 7th pin.
 i connect a 1k resistor  and DIOD FROM IC’s 3rd pin.
And also i connect stoke diode between mosphet drain pin and positive .
I connect this died because, to stop getting feedback to the mosphet,
Remember guys, in this kind of diagram, it is necessary to connect a short key diode to the positive and drain pin.
because if you don’t connect the short key diode then your mosphet will burn quickly.
now i take out the the gate source and drain pin and connect with  mosphet with some female jumper wire.
and it works perfectly.
so i made a permanent circuit for it. so it looks pretty good.

Now i put the 70 hertz switching moods board on the charging pad and soldarate all the gate source, drain pin carefully. and 2nd pin of the copper wire with 70 hertz switching moods board’s positive pin.
so our wireless transmitter pad is almost ready.
so now we need a 5 volt power source, i chose a 5 volt mobile phone charger, which gives max 1 AMP. I use another USB socket which will help to charge power bank.
Now we need a wireless receiver which will help to catch the magnetic frequencies
so now i took 34WAG copper wire and i round up it 120 times, and i connect a LED strip with two of its end.
I switch on the wireless transmitter,
Check out It's working very well.
And you can see this 4 Watt LED is glowing  very bright

Remember that 1 word, its output volt is ac volt.
So I made full bridge rectifier with 4 zener diode.
And I saw the vault trench. This is estimated to be 8 volt.
But there is 1 problem here.
We need 5 vaults to charge the phone

So I used here me1117 smd regulator ic.

you can found this ic old  pc mother board’s audio section .
There is no need to add condenser.
Mobile Power Supply It's already there
dc positive negative terminal i connected with charging port..
And locked the back cover of mobile.
And you can see it works very well
