Levitation Anti Gravity ,magnetic levitation

Today I'm going to show you the Electromagnetic Levitation.

And you can also say, it is as equal as gravity power.

It is very surprising to see,  an iron object floating in the empty space.

It looks just like a magic

well, To create this, you must follow two rules. One is to increase and reduce magnetism. And another one is definitely a balance.

We know that any type of magnet attracts any iron object.

but is it possible to reduce and increase the attractiveness of this magnet?

Of course, it is possible by an electromagnet.

If you give the voltage more and less in the electromagnet, its magnetism will increase and decrease.

It's a very common subject, let's find out how it can be possible to make.

magnetic levitation

Let's understand how it works

If I throw something away from the high place then it will fall on the ground. The reason for this is Gravity

That's why I used the Electro Magnet here

But here's a problem. Which is attracting objects to magnets. but Do not hang

That's why I used it here. IR sensor and IR receiver

magnetic levitation

Every electromagnet has a range of attraction,

Any iron object will come as close to the electromagnet. that time it attracts the object with more power,

other hand its attraction's boundaries will have very little attraction.

If I accept that the object hangs here, Then on this straight line we have to connect both of our sensors.

I know, you now think how this sensor is working? And why did I add it here?

If there is any voltage push inside the IR sensor.

then it will send invisible infrared rays.

This IR receiver can capture these infrared rays.

Let's show you how it works as an example

This is an IR Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Sensor Board. that you can easily buy online.

magnetic levitation

And in which an op-amp IC has been used

If I put 5 volts in it

And if it comes in front of any kind of obstruction, then its voltage is cut from the output

My case will be exactly the same way.

Whenever the object tries to fall to the ground, the electromagnet will be activated, and it will attract the object again.

WHEN The electromagnet will stop due to the infrared connection breakdown, Just then the object tries to fall again

As a result, the electromagnet will be activated again.

And this process will continue. And the result of the object will remain hanging.

I used here an LM338 op amp ic

These ICs are divided into two op-amp

I need an op-amp here, So I'll just use the op-amp right here.

And I will only use these only on four pins.

8 no is a positive pin, And this IC  can take up to 30 volts.

4no negative pin.

The number three pin is non non-inverting input pin.

other hand number two pin is the inverting input pin.

The lastone is the output.

In a non-inverted pin, I did a voltage divider through a 22k resistor

And I used the 4.7 mfd condenser to filter the voltage

And I've added the IR receiver to a non-inverted pin

And I've used here a 4.7k resistor with positive to activate this IR receiver

An electromagnet takes a lot of current which is very hard to carry in this ic

That's why I have used a N-channel mosfet here.

And used an IR transmitter for the infrared scene, which is used safely with 1k register

I locked the electromagnet with a helping hand

magnetic levitation

And I connected the sensors face-to-face

magnetic levitation

This whole process is done through 12 volts.

Now I bring an iron object in front of this electromagnet

And I saw the object hanging very beautifully.

This is a very interesting project

Even if you need to know something special, then enter your important question in the comments

I will definitely answer your question

One thing to remember is this. The power of the electromagnet and the more VOLTAGE will be able to hang more bigger objects.
